Organic sugar is naturally gluten free and can be used as the perfect replacement for refined white sugar.
Fresh Sugarcane juice is rich in vitamins and minerals. When this this juice is crystallized by evaporation, the result
is a perfectly sweet, brown coloured sugar that can elevate the flavour of any dish.
Our oath to sustainability
We truly care for the environment thus our packaging has been made using sugarcane waste that is left after extraction. The papers are treated with all natural products making it completely biodegradable. This is better for the environment, which ultimately, is better for everyone!

MAKING OF SUGARCANE PAPER

Sugarcane waste was collected from juice shops. The fibres were cleaned and boiled with natural, food grade disinfectants and binding agents. The fibres were then ground to a pulp and strained through a sieve frame to make sheets. On drying the sheet has an rough texture which was pressed with an iron to create smooth sheets of paper. The paper has been coated with beeswax which makes it waterproof. It is similar to plastic coated paper.
